Thanks for being our customer. BSNL Teleservices is facing the issue with their DNS system, so some of the website are not accessible through the BSNL ISP connection. So all our clients who were using BSNL as their ISP are requested to follow the steps to access the website without any issues.

For Windows XP Users:

1. Open Control Panel
2. Click on Network Connections
3. Now right click on Local Area Connection and click on properties
4. Now select Internet Protocol (TCP /IP) and click on properties



5. Once you clicked on Properties, you will get the following screen.



6. Now on the above screen by default the DNS server should be "Obtain DNS server address automatically" and now you are requested to update it to "Use the following DNS server address " and enter the Preferred DNS server as "8.8.8.8" and click on OK, and once it is done clear the Browser cache and check it out then you can able to access those websites without any issues.
